Time to get some sleep.
Had to do a bit of work this morning, then had some running & weights on the schedule wich left me f-kd by lunchtime...

Then in the afternoon i went to the indoor bmx-track in Falun with some kids. Ended up going to the skatepark aswell afterwards but it was a bit crowded...been thinking of riding downhill a LOT but i'm going to stay of the dh-bike a bit more.

Time for a nap!

New practice-track in the making

This weekend me & Niklas went to Jönköping & hung out at the sports-tradeshow there.

Pretty fun, Signed a few posters at Shimano who was also throwing a design comp. For the kids where the winner took Home a custom painted Helmet. I tried to sneak in a piece of artwork myself but i got denied:(

No dig no ride

Just watched Jon televisions bloggers from his New Zeeland trip. Looks epic, warm and pretty darn good.

Especially this weeke when it seems like winter is striking Sweden.
Me & Niklas rode XC for 3 hours today both of us were finito after it and we almost froze our asses of on the way back as the sun was dropping.

Found a new trail to ride wich was a super fast dh-singletrack wich we did 2 times before heading back home. Might aswell try to enjoy the last bit of snow-free riding we get cause i think snow is just around the corner.

Spent the last few days in Stockholm. Rode a stage-night race on thursday night wich was real cool & fun.

Not what im used to but i came in 3rd so that was ok.
Also did a small photoshoot for Silva during the day wich i look forward on seing the results of.

Been staying at A-Laws house for a few days so we could ride moto today wich was sick!!

Also rode a bmx-track yesterday afternoon before dark wich was fun but i was f-ked after it haha

Couple of brews tonight and of Home to the ranch tomorrow after à great weekend!

10-days of training before x-mas

Yesterday i did My first "real" training for a while. 2.5 hours on the xc- bike felt long but it feels good to get started!

Today its hockey @ Falun so hopefully i will survive first game of the season

This week past me by quicker then i thought.

Me & Nickelito had a mini-tour and visited some of our shops, sponsors & friends during the week.

Also found a bit of time to ride bikes along the way wich was great!

On wednesday we even rode a bit of street and i ended up jumping a set of stairs for the first time in 5 years wich was hilarious!

Next week the plan is to get started with some "propper" training so this weekend i´m of on the moto again and probobly a "for fun" on the xc-bike in the woods.
